perltidyの設定

たまに人によってコードの書き方が違うのでイライラする時がある。

これを解消してくれるのがperltidyモジュール。

Perlベストプラクティスに載っている、.perltidyrcの推奨設定が載ってたのでメモ。

インストールして有効にするには、~/.perltidyrcを設定する必要です。

-i=4    # Indent level is 4 cols

-st     # Output to STDOUT
-se     # Errors to STDERR
-vt=2   # Maximal vertical tightness

以下のシェルで実行。

% perltidy sample.pl
  • stの標準出力への設定を消すと、同じディレクトリ内に同じファイル名の
sample.tdy

に出力されるようになる。

これは実際過去にsvnコミット時などに使っていました。
